Shipping and Delivery
- Tracking updates on the USPS or UPS website can take up to 72 hours once shipped. Once orders are shipped, we have no control over the process or delays, returned, lost, or missing packages. All Items Are Shipped Same Day If Placed Before 12PM PST Or The Following Day. (Sundays Excluded)
- Once We Send You A Tracking Number And Your Order Is Shipped we are no longer responsible for Lost/Misplaced Packages. We are not responsible for any delays by USPS or UPS. PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS DURING HOLIDAY SEASON.
- We Now Offer Shipping Insurance At YOUR Cost! You Can Add Shipping Insurance To Ensure A Claim Can Be Made If The Package Is Lost, Stolen, Or Damaged!
- You Must Report/File any lost, stolen, or damaged packages at your local USPS or UPS Office if you purchased shipping insurance.
- We DO NOT REIMBURSE ANY LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES. Claims Must Be filed Directly with USPS Or Ups
- We Are Not Responsible For Incorrect Addresses. Please Double Check Your Address Before You Place Your Order. If Your Package Get's Returned To Us For An Incorrect Address, We Will Issue A Refund On Item. SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE DUE TO SHIPPING ALREADY PAID FOR.
- In The Case Of Failure Of Delivery Due To Incorrect Address, etc. We Will Charge A Shipping Fee To Ship Again OR If Customer Wants Refund The Shipping Amount Will Be From Refund. Refund Does NOT Include Taxes. (DRESS PRICE ONLY WILL BE REFUNDED - SHIPPING FEE)
