Refund and Return
We have a NO CASH refund policy. We have a 7 day window period to return for store credit. For returns with store credit please email: prettycitygirlz@gmail.com
You will be receive store credit ONLY.
NO CANCELING ORDERS WHATSOEVER. Once the order is placed we do not cancel orders. Please make sure that if you place an order it is a desired item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If damaged please email us at prettycitygirlz@gmail.com. Damage or Issue claims MUST be made 3 days after arrival date.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request an exchange at our email prettycitygirlz@gmail.com. REQUESTS MUST BE SENT 7 DAYS AFTER ARRIVAL DATE. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. WHITE ITEMS MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COST.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchanged item and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be receiving store credit. We will send you a code with the value of the product (NOT SHIPPING COST INCLUDED) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for us to processes your exchange.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as bathing suits, any white items, sale items or gift card purchases ). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
